About Me
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported individuals recovering from trauma and navigating the emotional, physical, and psychological effects of life-altering experiences. My work began in the field of brain injury rehabilitation, where I saw firsthand how resilience and healing can emerge even in the most difficult circumstances. That experience continues to shape how I understand the mind–body connection and the many ways people adapt, survive, and eventually thrive.

Today, I work with teens, adults, first responders, and veterans who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world without judgment, a space where real healing and growth can take place.

I believe that therapy works best when it’s collaborative and deeply individualized. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach; every person’s story is unique. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, I tailor each session to meet your needs in the moment.

Above all, I focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths, building the hope, resilience, and capacity to face life’s challenges with confidence.
